A collaboration between Bend Brewing Company and Sisters Meat & Smokehouse, The Way West honors each brand’s Central Oregon legacy through cinematic Western lore. The grit and fortitude of cowboys chasing opportunity across the frontier translates into a panoramic interior that rewards exploration around every bend.
The immersive design evokes a rough, weathered existence through charred woods, dusty limewashed walls, and an earthen-toned floor. This ruggedness is enlivened by technicolor artwork that romanticizes the lifestyle as a Western film would. Each piece serves as a trail blaze, guiding guests to the market, bar, and dining area, where they can settle in and discover moments of wonder along the way.
