Maddy Gorman

NCIDQ

Interior Designer

AMaddy is an award-winning interior designer who brings a broad range of experience to the Interiors team. Her work is guided by a commitment to healthy materials and an understanding of how design influences mental and physical wellbeing. She approaches each project as a process of transformation—working with materials, light, and atmosphere to tell meaningful stories and make responsible design decisions that consider material sourcing, occupant health, and the broader environmental impact throughout a building’s life cycle. Bringing this sensitivity to her design process, she helps create spaces that feel memorable, grounded, and purposeful.

Beyond Hacker, Maddy enjoys international travel, learning new skills and creative hobbies (she is currently learning to sew her own apparel), tending to her plants and two cats, and finding ways to spend her days next to rivers with friends, rain or shine.
