Lâle Ceylan

AIA, CPHC

Associate | Architect

Originally from Turkey, Lâle brings a globally informed perspective and a deeply human-centered approach to her work as a Project Architect at Hacker. She views architecture as an opportunity to advocate for building users, with a focus on creating spaces that foster connection and contribute meaningfully to the public realm.

Lâle is particularly passionate about adaptive reuse and civic-minded projects, where program, place, and community intersect. Her commitment to healthy, high-performing environments extends beyond project work—she co-leads Hacker’s Social and Environmental Advocates group and manages the firm’s AIA 2030 Commitment portfolio.

Inspired by constraints, Lâle approaches design as a balance of technical clarity and expressive simplicity. She is driven to advance low-carbon, community-focused urban projects that reflect both environmental responsibility and a belief in design as a public good.
