Jen Endozo

RA

Associate | Architect

Jen brings a globally informed and deeply contextual approach to her work, shaped by her upbringing in New York City’s vibrant urban fabric and enriched through travel and exploration. Experiences abroad fostered an appreciation for the cultural and historical layers that inform architecture, while her move to the West Coast sparked a growing connection to landscape and sustainability.

At Hacker, Jen contributes to multifamily and housing-focused work, where she supports projects through collaboration, technical curiosity, and a drive to understand how buildings come together at every scale. She is particularly interested in the intersection of design and detailing, with a focus on crafting thoughtful, high-quality environments.

Jen thrives in team settings, embracing constraints as opportunities for innovation and forward momentum. Outside the studio, she can often be found running—continually setting new goals and mapping out her next race.
