Jen brings clarity, structure, and momentum to her work, pairing strong leadership with a deep commitment to design quality. As a Project Manager she plays a central role in guiding projects and shaping the systems that support them—ensuring teams are aligned, organized, and equipped to succeed.

With a background spanning commercial office, multifamily, hospitality, and adaptive reuse, Jen approaches each project with both precision and curiosity. She is driven by the belief that thoughtful processes lead to meaningful outcomes, and she fosters collaboration to bring out the best ideas across teams and stakeholders.

Hacker named Jen director of operations in the spring of 2022. As Director of Operations, she oversees company operations and activities and provides accountability in supporting Hacker initiatives that nurture the vitality of people and projects. Known for her energy and attention to detail, Jen is focused on creating spaces that serve communities while cultivating a supportive and engaged studio environment.
