Client Notes
Prioritize the neighborhood experience as much as the tenant experience. Design apartment units that will attract tenants who value eco-conscious and bike friendly urban living.

Designer Notes
Generous sidewalk space and a public courtyard make for a lively ground floor, with café seating and places for neighbors to interact. Apartment units are light and airy, with large windows and high ceilings. Ample bike storage, easy access to public transit, and energy efficient design provide for lower-impact living in a bustling Portland neighborhood.
